"They called me to get me a better rate on my car loan, then turned me down because they didn't like the car I purchased. Not even sure this is my agent, even though this is where I purchased my insurance. 24 Hour service line cant even pull up my insurance account... do I even have a legit insurance policy? Every time I go to make a payment I'm transferred to another agent. Not impressed."
